Farnsworth Apartments

A 1932 Streamline Moderne landmark where we installed hurricane-rated, steel-replica windows and terrace doors in a charcoal-grey finish — historically faithful, but built to modern impact standards. It has become a bit of a calling card; people tend to describe it as “the building on St. Charles with the incredible windows.”

Our flagship downtown project: a major sidewalk-to-rooftop, four-scope build completed in 2020 with general contractor Hernandez Consulting. As a single subcontractor on one schedule, we carried:
- Hurricane impact-rated storefront & entrance systems
- High-performance low-E laminated unit glass & curtain wall
- Frameless glass shower enclosures
- Rooftop skylights
